No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless event is canceled or rescheduled by ICAP.
Children over the age of 5 will be required a ticket;
Children under age of 5 will NOT be required a ticket and will have to sit in parents lap not a seat. If you wish to have them sit in a chair please purchase a ticket. No Exceptions will be made.
If the event is cancelled we will inform you about the cancelation and face value of the ticket will be refunded to your account, NOT the service fee as we have no control of the service fee charged by the processing company.
Refund will be processed and provided by the same payment method used for purchase.
